for the top I just cut out the decorated paper, TOGA in this case, and I glued on brown cardboard.
For just curled ribbon fray one end and look for the central wire which is a bit 'more' and often resistant to the other and pull, so the tape curls without a hitch '. Drilling Stampin'Up for central ellipse and the flower and you're done!
